Our key item, the adorable, the one and only. These mushrooms are painstakingly made and assembled all by hand in a Southern Oregon bakery from a special recipe. They bake for hours, then stem and cap are joined for eternity by a unique delicious dark chocolate concoction. Many put them on buche de noel cakes. Some give them as gifts or wedding favors. Others just eat them - and want more.
20 mushrooms are assembled in a food grade mushroom container, much like you'd see at the grocery store, and carefully packed to eliminate breakage.
Made from fresh egg whites, superfine cane sugar, Tahitian vanilla, sea salt, and fine chocolate.
